Failure to Deliver Tickets
Our success ratio on filling our orders is 99.9%. We pride ourselves in that fact. If your order is not fulfilled, it is our policy to refund the customer 150% of the purchase price of the tickets. If we fail, you will be compensated, but failure is not an option for us.
